Abby Van Egdom is a licensed marriage and family therapist who focuses on providing premarital therapy for dating, engaged, and newlywed couples in Minnesota. Abby is passionate about supporting couples in the early stages of their relationship as they navigate communication, family dynamics, transitions, personal differences, and future goals. Her approach is integrative using Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, and Family Systems. She tends to be a good fit for couples who are curious, intuitive, and focused on having an intentional foundation in their relationships.

Abby offers an individualized, 6 hour premarital package either offered all in one weekend or separate sessions. With her light hearted demeanor and provoking questions, she helps develop their understanding of each other and skills to move through the inevitable ebbs and flows of connection and disconnection in their journey through life together.
