General

  • We are a coworking office space for licensed mental health professionals that offers offices to see clients and coworking space for when you are not!

  • We offer 8 private offices furnished with a desk/chair, couch, and another chair, a child-centered therapy office, 2 Telehealth offices with a desk and a chair so you can privately see virtual clients in between in-person clients, and a conference room that seats 10 people for larger meetings or group therapy. We also have a kitchenette and meeting room for clinicians to consult or have downtime.

  • We have several different plans that meet our therapists’ needs. We require a membership so that we can ensure that all clinicians are licensed and insured, which also ensures your safety in treating at Therapy Suites. Essentially, we vet our therapists so you know your colleagues are of your caliber.

  • Yes! We are happy to be your safe place to use as an address for mail, insurance purposes, or in general, which allows you to work from home and maintain your privacy.

  • While our plans do not currently allow for you to lower your monthly hours, you may increase them once per month. That means if you started at 5 hours/month and a couple months in, your case load has significantly increased, we can upgrade you to a 10 hour/month plan.

  • At this time, we are only located in Edina. However, we have plans to expand throughout the Twin Cities Metro.

  • You can see your clients Monday through Friday from 8am to 8pm and on Saturdays from 8am to 5pm. However, we only have a receptionist during normal business hours Monday through Friday.

Membership

  • Visit our contact page and schedule a tour! Once we meet you, we will send you the information to complete the onboarding process. Its is easy and painless. Once you pick your plan, you are automatically charged each month. We require a 6 month membership, but respect if someone needs to cancel.

  • We offer several membership options including:

    Virtual Office, $99

    Virtual Office w/ 5 private office hours per month, $150

    Virtual Office w/ 10 private office hours per month, $300

    Virtual Office w/ 15 private office hours per month, $450

    Virtual Office w/ 25 private office hours & 2 conference room hour credits per month, $750

    Virtual Office w/ 40 private office hours & 4 conference room hour credits per month, $1200

  • You have access to all our amenities. If you are qualified, you have access to psychological testing kits, EMDR equipment and a sand table. You have access to secure offices that are HIPAA compliant.

  • This means that the walls are secure and when in an office it is private. You won’t hear what is going on in the hall and people in the hall can’t hear your conversation with your client. We also have white noise throughout the suite that maintains privacy. Lastly, when your client checks in, only you know who they are as you get a notice someone is here, but they do not give their name when they check in.

  • Yes! Each office is nicely appointed in a Scandinavian feel. It is clean and feels like a safe place for your clients to do their hard work.

  • Yes, you are welcome to book whichever office you want whenever you want. You schedule the office you want to use when you are there. If you want to use different offices on different hours you can, depending on yours or your client’s needs.

  • You book it just like you book a private office.

  • We do this because we want to make sure that all therapists are licensed as well as have malpractice and liability insurance. This makes Therapy Suites a safe place for all therapists to treat patients.

  • We accept your mail and you will have a designated secure mailbox. The receptionist will provide you your mail upon request. Should you desire to have your mail mailed to you, you will be billed for the postage cost. Each client can print up to 10 pages a month, free of charge. Wi-Fi is secure and each therapist has their own login credentials so as to have secure internet.

  • Yes, if you refer another therapist and they become a member, you will get $100 off of your plan that for month. We love happy therapists referring other happy therapists!

Services & Amenities

  • You will see our founder Christina Cohen around a lot. She truly believes in Therapy Suites and thrives on making sure therapists have what they need to thrive in their practice. We also have receptionists to make sure you and your clients are cared for.

  • We will host continuing education classes so that you can make sure you have all you need to keep your license up to date. We also will host social events throughout the year so that you can get to know your colleagues, if you would like!

  • While we love your furry family member, unfortunately, No. Given that many people have allergies or aversions to animals, we have a strict “no pet” policy so that it is a safe place for all people.

  • Yes, we offer on-site parking with a very large parking lot. There are also 2 ECV parking spots.

  • We offer a touchless access system through Open Path. You have your phone in your pocket and the doors and elevator open for you. With a simple click, you give your clients access during their appointment time, providing you the opportunity to treat your clients while not having to worry about greeting them too.
