I am passionately committed to the protection, promotion, and support of breastfeeding as a matter of maternal-child health for families all across the globe. My aim throughout our time together is creative and compassionate care from the heart, mixed with evidence-based education. I blend traditional parent & family education topics with holistic health & wellness promotion and perinatal-specific injury prevention topics.

I am a national board-certified and registered lactation consultant serving current breastfeeding dyads, as well as the antepartum population of all genders (i.e., from pre-conception through weaning and beyond) using a uniquely person-centered, trauma-informed, mental health-focused approach.
