I am a compassionate and professional therapist with a master's degree in social work originally from Aurora University in Illinois. I have a background in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT), integrate somatic work with mindfulness and Internal Family Systems (IFS) into work with trauma and resiliency. I work with both children and adults from age four on up. For children, I utilize Theraplay to foster connection, trust, and emotional regulation. My approach is client-centered and goal-oriented towards supporting health and wellness, focusing on helping folks be heard and feel supported along their way.
