I am a licensed psychologist and executive leadership coach. I am licensed to see therapy clients in person in the state of MN and also hold a PsyPact license, which allows me to see therapy clients via telehealth in 42 states. I can work with coaching clients all over the world.

I work with adults and couples, and am particularly passionate about helping those struggling with relationship issues, identity development/exploration, adult ADHD, and life transitions. I do my best to understand each person fully within their context, and make space for exploring how culture, religion, race, background, sexual orientation, and other factors impact how each of us experiences the world.

I also believe wholeheartedly that everything we struggle with, every pattern or behavior we have that is currently not working for us, started somewhere helpful. I work with you to help you understand what you need and how to get those needs met in a more effective, satisfying way. In my work as a therapist, I will challenge you and support you, all with a good dose of humor (and the occasional curse word). Together, we’ll work to calm your inner critic and discover healthier ways to manage your feelings.

Self Pay or out-of-network (I partner with Reimbursify to help facilitate claim reimbursement for clients), and am in network for Health Partners, Optum, UBH, Medica, UnitedHealthcare, UMR, and Minnesota Medicaid.
