I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with over 20 years of experience. I've lived and worked in several locations, and I approach whatever a client brings to me with gentle curiosity, working with them to help them reach their goals. I work with individuals, couples, and families. I can speak English, Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, Marathi, and some Punjabi. I am an EMDR certified therapist who uses mind-body techniques to treat trauma.
